Elizabeth is our baby out of our Peaches X Bono litter.

She is a lovely girl.  She has a great rear, wonderful, hard topline and tailset, and a correct double coat.

She is an awesome mover.  She sails effortlessly around the show ring.

Elizabeth has jet black pigment, pretty brown eyes and a soft expression.

We are very proud of our girl.

Elizabeth is co-bred with Allison Hillius.

Elizabeth was boarded at the Parkview Animal Hospital on May 22, 2011, the day the EF5 tornado swept through Joplin, MO. Parkview was located just to the north of St. John's Hospital, which was the hospital that was so badly damaged during the tornado.

After the tornado went through and my family was safely home, we tried to drive over to the veterinary clinic but were not able to get through because those badly damaged areas were blocked off. We did not have electricity, phone or cable. The next morning we again tried to get over to the vet clinic but could not get through. When I asked the officer about the dogs that were boarded there, he said, "Don't know nothin 'bout no animals."

A friend of mine had called the emergency clinic and asked about Parkview, and they said that they thought it was gone. She was able to get down to Parkview from the north and saw that they had spray painted on the building "Pets OK". We finally found out that right after the tornado went through, a vet from Kansas had thrown crates in her van and headed to Joplin to help with the animals. She took the Parkview animals over to her clinic. Amazingly enough, all the animals were unharmed, except for one small dog with an injured paw. One dog had escaped and was found. The roof had falled in but was kept off the dogs by the cinder blocks.

We drove over to Kansas that afternoon and picked up Elizabeth. I couldn't imagine how scared she must have been when the tornado went overhead and the roof came down. She was overjoyed to be home and thankfully doesn't seem to be afraid of storms.
